I've completely the C25K with no problem and completed about a month to six weeks of consolidated running.
Now from tomorrow, I'll be donning my headphones yet again and listening to the first of the three post C25K podcasts. I would like to say I'm looking forward to it, but for some reason, I'm actually dreading it.
I'll start with the stepping stones and see how I get on.

I tried it and actually loved it. I didn't think there was much of an increase in speed during the run, but it was pretty good. I'll stick with it for the next couple of weeks and then move onto Stamina. Love the hair, btw.
