First park run

did my first ever park run this morning. I started very slow and kept going at the same pace the whole way without stopping. First time I've ever managed to run 5k. Time of 43mins. I know I'm not the fastest or the best, but I'm a lot better than I was 4 months ago and I'm really proud of myself. Legs are killing me now. Large gin and tonic for me tonight
