Bring on the 25 minuter

W6R2 done today. For some reason I found W6R1 tough going after the 20 minutes of W5R3. I see other posts saying similar so must be normal. Today's run was much better. I've been running without music until now but I kind of feel like I'll need some music for these longer runs so I have invested in a pair of bluetooth sports earphones. They should arrive today (£17.99 from Amazon). Let's see how they fair for the big W6R3 runwhich hopefully will be Monday.

I certainly found the longer runs easier by the time I got to that stage of the programme - it's hard to settle into a rhythm with the shorter runs. There's a good pinned thread entitled 'The Toxic Ten' that explains the physiology.

I run listening to documentary podcasts - they take my mind off the actual running. I suspect that's not what most people do though.....

I had a real crappy Run 1 this morning, so am going to redo it. Really in a strop about it, so good luck and good vibes in your big one on Monday
