Repeated W3R3 today cos a) I like to start a new week on a Sat/Sun & b) run for 5 mins MJ? ... you can’t be serious😱 ... I extended the final 3mins jog to 5mins so am not so scared by W4 now, bring it on. 🏃🏻♀️

I just finished w3r3 this morning and struggled but managed it. No idea how i will run for a total of 16 mins for week 4 when 9 mins was very hard. Dreading sunday morning!

You will be fine and you will surprise yourself. I remember looking at it and thinking 'blimey, that's a bit of a leap', BUT, all the work you've done in weeks 1-3 has been preparing you for this, even if you don't realise it.
Instead of dreading Sunday, put a different spin on it and look forward to the feeling of accomplishment and strength you'll have from knowing that you ran for a total of 16 minutes!!
