im still around but unfortunatly im not running at the moment , i have done something to my knee ( or at least in that area ) and no i cant even say it was a running injury , i turned over in bed a few weeks and only the top half of my leg moved and i popped at the knee , im now wearing a support and using tiger balm to help with the pain , ive tried to run once last week and was ok until i got to the end of my 30 mins then my knee started hurting , ive resigned myself to resting it for a few weeks before trying running again and then seeing how i get on ,,, i literally going insane not being able to do my runs which is why i havent been on here , anyay happy running one and all x fingers crossed im okay to move fastish soon lol X

Oo - sounds painful! I think with anything like that rest is best. Fingers crossed you are back out there again soon!

Oh dear.. it is a pain..literally. You are being so sensible though.. Rest up and make sure that knee feels fine before heading out again... You may be able to do some simple helpful exercises when it feels better?
