Im Baccccckkkkk!!!

So after originally getting to week 7, I broke my toe in 2 places and was unable to continue.

After going to the hospital the doctor said I would not be able to run for 9 weeks, I was so gutted and upset! Today Im back and Ive missed all my C25K family.

Any advice on which week I should start on? My toe is still abit temperamental, no pain but it does swell everytime im active on my feet.

Thanks in advance for your responses. Happy running x

Maybe just try a slow 20 minute run and see if you can manage it if it's too much go back a week or two just be careful of your toe 😊😊

Welcome back!! So pleased to see you again. I would say same as Buddy, just try a 20' run (ie w5r3) and see how you go but don't be afraid to stop if you are in pain!!

Welcome back!!! Hope your first run goes well, it’ll feel good to just get back out there I’m sure 😀 Take it nice and easy, no pressure, and you’ll be back to week 7 before you know it x

Welcome back...poor you, sounds painful. I would take it nice and slow and be guided by how your toe feels while running and how it feels after. You will graduate before you know it. Have you got some nice comfy running socks? Mine have a bit of cushioning around the toes.

Thanks.... Where do you get them from? I have normal trainer socks x
