Didn't think l could do it but wasn't about to give up. Back feels dreadful now but the satisfaction of making it to twenty minutes of running was worth it. Week six here l come !

Thank you Oldfloss l am taking it extra steady and mixing in some swimming, yoga and spa sessions. I knew l wouldn't complete everything in nine weeks because my three week holiday was start of week five and only managed two runs but this is about a lifestyle change so lm happy to complete at my pace in one piece x

Unfortunately not - side's bad again so I am once more stuck on the sofa with limited movement. Such fun; looks like I'll have to start W8 next week instead
