"I made it! I made it! I made it! I made it!" this was all I could think of when I Laura said: "You completed your run, slow down now!". I was so FU***NG excited and happy!

Guys I never thought I could run for a full 20 minutes non-stop but today's run just proved me I can.

I am in love with life now, I am completely out of my head and I am looking so forward to beginning week 6 and then graduate.

Thank you guys, thanks!!!

Well done Greg. Loved the video - made me feel excited for you and wanting to go for a run!! But it's snowing a blizzard here (and I ran last night). So congratulations, glad you're enjoying it all.

Isn't that just great?! I feel soooo good I cannot even type! I'm dying to start week 6 already! :) We'll finish this and we'll conquer week 9 :)

IT IS AN AMAZING FEELING! I swear I just couldn't believe I ran for a whole 20 minutes, I was out of my head. That's just a great feeling. It is!!

Congratulations on a great achievement - you're right, Laura helps a lot and this site helps a lot, but when it comes down to it, you did the running yourself. :)

Really enjoyed seeing your joy and excitement in the video - it's so lovely. Thank you for sharing your enthusiasm like that, it made me smile a lot too. It's so good to see other people feeling proud of their effort. :)

I was (and AM!) so proud of my achievement I just wanted to share it with you guys. I really thought I was on fire when I finished my run and it's such a great feeling.

I now know I can do anything if I'm determined and strong on my decisions.

Like I said, I recorded a video because I seriously wasn't able to type.. all the endorphins and the adrenaline wouldn't let me! I'm glad you enjoyed this and I'm glad I got to finish my run :) Happy running

That was such an awesome video Greg!! It made me so happy to see you so happy and proud of yourself! I felt the exact same way when I did that run! :) I'm on W7 now and it's so surreal to be running for so long, I can hardly believe I've actually done it!!

I have never experienced so much positive feedback from strangers before- this website is simply amazing!!!

Wow Gregg.....I was beaming from ear to ear watching this and now I'm crying with happiness for you as I could so feel your happiness and enthusiasm and complete pride in yourself for having achieved this milestone in your life! Fantastic! :D

As Karen says, to actually see something different here and to see and hear a REAL person from this forum echoing how we all feel after that run is awesome! Thank you! I'm so happy you got the courage and the power to go out and start week 2. That is such a huge effort! Trust me, you'll get better week by week: it'll feel amazing, I promise.

And I'll put another video up, maybe for my graduation ;) Stay tuned.
