I did this yesterday morning and wow ..I really struggled.
It was annoying that I was already exhausted by the 2nd-3rd run and kept looking at my phone to see how much time I had left running and saw that it was always 30 seconds! Amazing that in just three runs I was so used to only running for just one minute. Annoying.
Hopefully the next 2 will be better and when will it cool down already!!!! This heat is too much to run in, stay safe everyone.

The heat is definitely a factor. But remember also that you are just beginning on this programme. It will feel like a lifetime completing the 90 second runs, but what you are building is stamina from a regular commitment to run. The walks in between that provide so much respite are also helping your body to build endurance, and the benefits from this will pay out dividends in the coming weeks.
For now though, be proud of yourself for completing each run. Some will be harder than others. But that's just a part of the experience. You've got this!!
Thank you, I think I do forget about the bigger picture in the moment and it is nice to be reminded that I am up and out and actually doing something to improve myself!
Hi you did so well though, you kept going and remember it's all relative. Week 2 you are increasing a run time to 50% more than in week 1, it's good progress, so don't be hard on yourself. Of course it was a stretch, but you kept going and that's the main thing
