I was a bit apprehensive about this one because of the step up to 90 seconds, it's an extra 50% of running each time! But I managed it ok, I deliberately set off at a slower pace this time to accommodate for it and for the first few runs felt I probably could have gone on for longer, legs started to feel a bit like lead again though for the last few 90 second runs.
Really enjoying the sense of achievement I get after finishing each run so far

that sense of achievement is, I'm sure, the main reason the majority of us carry on. Just remember that, statistically, the first few weeks are when you increase your runs from week to week by the biggest percentages in terms of duration. I truly found those first few weeks the hardest - so stick with it and you'll easily complete the programme!
I hope so :). I'm still expecting that at some point I'll find I have to repeat a few runs to complete them properly, I'm just curious what point I'll find I have to do that
I had to repeat a few weeks between W1 and W5. It gave me extra confidence to move on. I have an amazing friend who has completed every run perfectly first time. Not me. Don't worry about it if you do - the best things come to those who wait (that's what I keep telling myself )
Well done. Each week is an achievable but challenging step up... before you know it you will be running 20 25 and 30 minutes, with the same feeling of apprehension! Trust in the programme😊👍🏃
