Week 1- Run 1

Hello everyone, my first time doing couch to 5k and my first run this morning- it was hard at the start and I had a bit of knee ache but as the run went on it got easier. It definitely got my heart rate up!

I was very grateful for the 90 second walks in between runs- how did everyone else feel after they’re first run?
