Week 6 seems so punishing.

I finished week 5 on a bit of a high with the 20 minute run and have up to now been finishing the program and quite often finishing with an extra 2k walk /run. Now I've started week 6 I've done the first couple of runs but they've been hard work and I've just about been nailing them with the very last breaths and steps in my body. I thought after w5r3 it would all come easier but it hasn't really.

You did it, well done. Maybe forget about adding extra distance until you are used to the duration. From here on the increases are relatively minor but the mental challenge will test you. Keep strong and positive.

If you are totally spent you may need to pace yourself more carefully.

As lannoda said you did it you are now entering the mental stage of C25K and it can be a challenge which is what is supposed to do just relax into it and you should be fine it is very much the body is willing but the mind is weak but you can do this you just have to believe you can do it.

The mental game is all in the mind though.

You did it, well done. Slow down. Hydrate well the day before each run. Take an extra rest day if you need to.

You are doing great😀👍🏼
