Lunch Run

3.1mi / 5K, 44:04, 14:07/mi, Calories 623

Elapsed Time 46:31

Didn't turn up back-light on iPhone. I was too hot n tired to deal with it and I mis-tapped the stop button at the end of the run and app continued after I was done. So I attempted to turn off the Strava app at the end of my run at the bottom of the hill, walked up the hill three houses to our place, came in, went into the bathroom, pulled off my shirt and grabbed a towel, walked to the kitchen with towel over my shoulders to sit down, Elisa grabbed me a water, put a fan on me and took off my shoes before I realized my Strava app was still running. Nevertheless, it was a good workout for me today. Coming up the last hill, the sun came out and baked me the entire time till I got to the top where there's shade from trees. then I had cloud cover the rest of the way.
