I did my Goat Hill run for the second time. 5.9 miles, then walked home for another 1.5 miles. ugh, I don't like that walking home part. Need new shoes. These Brooks Adrenalin GTS 15s are about done.

I love the stats Strava gives. Amazing. It estimated that I burned 1281 calories. I'm like'n that. I still have that stubborn belly fat to eliminate. I fueled up with my Green Fire Turbo Nitric Oxide metabolism booster juice this morning. It's lime, beet, spinach, celery, garlic, parsley, ginger, honey, apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. I drink part at least 90 minutes before I run. After I run, I drink the remainder and some solid food.

I'm slow but steady. Slow on down hill, slower on level ground and ridiculously slow uphill. But loving it. I'll be hanging out at at this distance for a while, doing easy miles until my body catches up to this new level, before pushing beyond.

Distance 5.9mi

Moving Time 1:31:34

15:17/mi

Elevation Ascended 814ft

Calories Burned 1,251

Elapsed Time 1:37:07 (Picture taking)

That's a cracking run, and I love the sound of your fuel!

That fuel is designed to relax and open arteries and capillaries, lower blood pressure and contribute to nitric oxide production as well as give a me a little energy and still allow me to burn off some excess fat.

Sounds fab that does! Your route looks tough but if you keep tackling hills and eating well, you should shred that stubborn belly fat very quickly 😃🏃
