due to work and other factors of life have not run for 2 weeks
So decided to start week 2 of my plan again as i had done the 20 and 30 min runs and was due to do aa 40 min run so thought it better to start the week again as i did not want to push for 40 min after my inactivity .
Went on my normal run along the Taff trail it was still quite warm at 6 pm and quite stuffy under the tree cover but at least it seemed a bit easier than in the sun
Did the 20 min 3 k and walked back 1 k then run for 1 k then walked the last k
felt really good when i finished love the buzz of completing a run so hopefully back on track and 30 mins on Thursday then 40 on sat.
It has been said that this post may be confusing as this is a c25k forum and i'm doing my own program to build to 10 k but i prefer this forum as the people are more friendly and plenty of others who like myself have graduated c25k still post on here , and possibly the graduate badge after my name would sujest that i had completed the c25k

I think you are going to confuse a lot of people. There is no 40 minute run in the c25k training plan, so I assume you are talking about the Bridge to 10K plan. It might be more appropriate to put this post on that forum instead, if that is the case.
I agree it could be very confusing to new starters and under - graduates.
We are a friendly bunch on B210k so not sure why you wouldnt want to post there. I post on both forums, depending on what I am posting about. I dont put the same post on both sites. If i want long distance training advice it would always be a post on the other forum for example.
If you really dont want to move to the other forum, why not start off your post with a line that clearly states something like....... after graduating C25k in ??????, i am following a training plan to get me to running 10k.
If you do it at the beginning, readers will be clear from the start you are not talking about C25k.
