First Post which comes at the end of my competition of C25K! 4 months ago I would drink every day & had been for the best part of 30 years! Things had to change so I took the challenge.. 9 weeks later & 3st 7lbs lighter I managed 5k in 28 minutes! Today on my last 30 min run I carried on & ran 6.3k in 39 mins! C25K has certainly turned my life around πŸ‘

Big change for the better, congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done, great time as well, not too many people graduate in less than 30 minutes. 😊 πŸƒ πŸŽ“

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE πŸŽ“ next to your username leave a message on June Healthunlocked graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated πŸŽ“ πŸƒ 😊

Wow thanks everyone.. What a lovely friendly place this is! One thing I will say I found hard was I felt I had to hit 5k in 30mins...i prob push myself to hard! I think now I will concentrate on distance without the time count down & enjoy the feeling of been out there! Thank you again.

Well done Rob, that is a very good time. I feel the same, race the clock, that's what it's all about. I won't get to your time, but it feels good trying.

Rob, same as that (but without the weight loss). Used the NHS App Drink Free Days and now have 3 of those a week and much reduced alcohol consumption on the others. Combination of wanting to be fit for next run, self esteem and the discipline of the app. But well done to you!
