Well, I made it!

Very very tired due to the heat but I got round the 5K course.

I couldn't have done it without my son Olly pace making. He stuck by his old dad all the way round bless him.

The way everyone applauded those runners finishing behind them was wonderful. Great respect for others, just like this forum.

After a quick shower, my lovely missus and me helped my daughter and her fiancé move house so I didn't have time to sit down until much later. I think this acted as a warm-down because I don't ache much today.

Anyway... Fun-Run 5Ks .... I highly recommend them. Great fun and lovely atmosphere.
