W9R2 I knew it was going to be hot! Beautiful day, how I wish I could have just walked. Due to work commitments I have not run since Sunday but I had to do this! No wind no clouds no shade and Mr Blue Skies on my phone. Ten minutes was good then managed to detour off the canal towpath into the woods. Ah shade is wonderful! The final ten back in the sun plus another ten walking back to the car. Life is good and only one more run to graduation!
