Week 7 run3 - hot hot hot

It was very hot this morning when I started off on the warm up walk. I was walking along thinking it's hot hot hot but I feel good. I started of running a my breathing settled really quick. I ran along thinking, just seven weeks ago the thought of running for sixty seconds seemed like a mountain to climb, and here I am now feeling quite strong and comfortable and Laura had just told me I'd been running for five minutes now. A smile appeared on my face then, and it stayed there the whole way through my run. I even ran for a little after Laura said to stop πŸ˜€ which was good.

When I got home I checked run keeper and to my great surprise I smashed my previous times with a 10: 20 for my first km! I feel on top of the world πŸ˜€πŸŽ‰πŸ˜€

Bring on week 8 and 28 minutes! Can't wait πŸ˜€

Good luck to everyone whatever run you are doing!!!

Sounds like you had a great run, I love those times when you feel you can keep going. It doesn't always happen for me but when it does it feels awesome. Good luck with w8, sounds like you'll smash it!

Great stuff - sounds like you made it to the point where you can find a comfortable pace and just go with it. Lovely when that happens isn't it.
