W5R3 !! Looking at it a couple of days ago I was like"I'm never going to make 20 minutes" but you know what i did it and I feel great. The weird thing though is I was feeling really great till the lady in my ear said " well done you have 5 minutes to go" it got worse at the 2 minutes comment. My legs started feeling like lead and had to really push myself . Is it just me ? I think if she hadn't said anything I would have done the 20 minutes really easily especially at the end
