I am so unbeliveably happy. I did the W9 R3! OMG!!! I don't believe it is true. Just 9 weeks ago I struggled to run for a minute, I didn't give up only because I am ambitious. Now look at me -still slow, still beetroot red but running! . I also lost more than 6kg and my BMI when down from 33.2 to 31 during C25k. Now dreaming about my first 5k. Celebration time for me. And for the community thank you for your support .

CONGRATULATIONS! Beautiful graduate badge there, Eve. This programme is pure magic - you start out gasping for breath, and a few months later you find yourself gasping for a run. Onwards and trainer-wards....
Sooo many congratulations - that was me too a couple of weeks ago and yesterday I went out and ran 6km - keep up the momentum, settle in to your new status as graduate and set yourself a new goal over the next few weeks. You've done amazingly well. Well done.x
Congratulations Eve, you should be so proud. I have just started out and I am already looking forward to the challenges ahead. You have done so well to continue with the programme so you deserve the best rewards! Congrautlations again and hope to see some post-graduation posts in the future.
