As I said before, I have done my first consolidation run this Sunday at a different location, just for a change.
I did a quick search online about said park and found out that it was a 1.8 kilometer park. I ran around that park 3 times in 30 minutes, which amounts to over 5K.
In other words, I've run 5K in 30 minutes, albeit very slowly.
What a surprise!

You can record your runs for free on your smartphone using Strava which is quite fun if you like stats and have somewhere secure to carry your phone while running... there is a C25k club to share your runs on Strava too.
If you've done 5k in 30 mins, you're much faster than many of us here, so well done! (I have a colleague whose husband Runs. With a capital R. His 10k time is just a few seconds more than my 5k time! But I don't care. I plod on. )
