Well, that was interesting. My left knee started to hurt while running, just slow down and carry on (Go me π) .I am a little bit scare about run3 (20 minutes) but as Mr Johnson said, my battle is not physical anymore, it is in my mind.

It is all in the mind now as you can run - 20 minutes non-stop isn't much more than you have been running/walking to date. Just be careful of your knee, don't push on and run if it is hurting as you may pick up an injury.

You are probably best to rest until it stops hurting (assuming it hurts when your run/walk). It's best to take a longer recovery so that your joints are fit and well rather than risking it, although I am no medic. In some respects weight is not relevant as your muscles, ligaments, tendons and joints are all adjusting to running.

Rest your knee and maybe where a support next run. Listen to your body when it comes to pain. I'm sure some of the professionals on here can give you some sound advice. G
