Just finished run 2 of week 5. Feel good and my pace/distance are increasing without realising it. Looking forward to the next one..........
I’ve had a wired experience though while running and that is my sweat smelling of ammonia. I realise this occurs with people who are restricted diets, but like I’ve said before, I will change my diet after I’ve nailed the running. I was up at 2am and have had 2 meals and snacks/drinks like normal. Should I eat more cake?? Any ideas??

If you're cutting carbs on a temporary basis it should go away when you are consuming more carbs but I would definitely be hot on hydration, and look to increase your fluid intake too.
If you saw what I eat, you would wonder why I’m only 15 stone.
I know we were talking about forks over knives, I still haven’t watched it yet, it’s in my library to watch, but I watched Explained: the future of meat. Some interesting points in that too.
