Week 3 run 2 done

When I'm out now I can't believe it's only been one week since 90seconds seemed like I was going to die,can't believe 90seconds is over in no time...can't quite get to the 3mins which is worrying as I seem to lose all power about 10 secs short,just keep saying to myself 90seconds felt like this one week ago...hopefully this time next week those 3 mins WILL feel like 90seconds last week.....?????

As you're finding out each run prepares you for the next one so by the time you finish the programme you'll think back fondly to these early weeks and wonder why you worried.
