Just completed week 8 run 3. I didn't go for a 2hour walk beforehand and this time I wore my lucky trainers 👟🍀, I subsequently found this run quite comfortable and could have ran for longer.
I can't believe week 9 starts in 2 days😳😳. I feel ill be able to run for 30mins but not sure if I'll do 5k (yet).
