I can't believe I have started this coaching and I am continuing. I start many things but consistency and continuity is not my thing most of the time. No matter how it went I am happy that I have done it and approaching to Week 3. Looking forward to the day I graduate!

well done !! ive completed week 3 run 2 and like you im sticking to what laura says and can feel that i have more stamina and cant wait for week 4 to come, losing the pounds along the way aswell keep up the good progress we will get there together
