So I start week 4 run 2 today.. my first run of week 4 nearly killed me so I'm a little apprehensive but motivated nonetheless!!
I've also started a blog about myself, my running and my mental health as a kinda diary to commit to talking about mental health so if anyone is into that sort of thing here it is!

Good luck with your blog Hannah (I did have a read!) and also with your running. As someone who has struggled with anxiety at different points in my life, I just wanted to say that running has had a massive impact on my emotional wellbeing. I am a far happier and calmer person since I started C25k a couple of years ago and now cannot imagine not having it in my life. Very much my therapy of choice!
