Week1 - Run1 completed!!!!!!!!😀

I only went and did it...my first official run of the c25k!! Woohoo!!!!!

It actually wasn't as bad as I thought once I got over feeling like an idiot and doing my best to ignore the local kids playing football!!

Annnnnd I managed to jog (v.slowly🐢) the whole 60 seconds!!

Legs feeling a bit achey but I did some simple stretches after the warm down and am now showered and feeling good!! Rest day tomorrow then bring on Friday!!!! 👊😀

    Huge congrats to you, well done lovely. How did you feel with the new trainers?

    I started my first week, first run this evening too, like you, I did a very slopoooow jog lol. I can't do next one till Sunday though as I just can't fit it in the next few days.

  • The trainers were really comfortable, I didn't even know I was wearing them which is good!! Feeling a bit achey this morning but I'm sure as I start to move it will pass!!
