I only went and did it...my first official run of the c25k!! Woohoo!!!!!
It actually wasn't as bad as I thought once I got over feeling like an idiot and doing my best to ignore the local kids playing football!!
Annnnnd I managed to jog (v.slowly🐢) the whole 60 seconds!!
Legs feeling a bit achey but I did some simple stretches after the warm down and am now showered and feeling good!! Rest day tomorrow then bring on Friday!!!! 👊😀
