Feeling it a little today, think it’s down to not drinking any water before heading out.

Your probably right there it's really important to be hydrated, I can feel the difference when I don't drink enough water.

Yes you're right water is so important 7 days a week not just on run days 😊

hello BlackieNo1, firstly congrats for sticking with the progrramme👍Like you said yourself, drinking plenty water really helps as does keeping pace slow until your body becomes accustomed to exercise and your stamina builds

You doing fine, its a learning curve for us all but the programme does prepare us for a fitter life 😊🐢🏃‍♀️👍
