Run 1 week 4 was sublime - have fallen in love with this grassy path on the cliff near my Sussex home. All I lack is a dog-friend to lope alongside (well he could probably just trot the speed I do) and I would be in heaven. I can't jog much slower (but I said that week 1) so I'm concentrating on the scenery. Hope everyone else is enjoying the jogging rites of spring!

What a lovely running route. One of the joys of starting to run is rediscovering all the possibilities in you local area.
