I hope everyone is having a lovely week. On Monday I started week 4 and have completed 1 x run, run 2 is tomorrow. I'm finding it pretty good so far but now seeing how the gradual fitness keeps you going and good yo have the mentors there.
How is everyone else?

Hi and well done! I am on week 4 currently, but am struggling to run more than 3 minutes at the moment, so will persevere and repeat the week until I am comfortable with this!
Hi there yes and no, I started week 4 on Saturday and finished run 3 about an hour ago so week 5 run 1 on Friday or Saturday, week five is just 5 minute runs.
My lungs find the first run of a session the most exhausting my legs the last one, we'll done us keep it up
I have completed week 4 run 1 just now! Felt a definite increase this week on last week but it feels great to have done it and looking forward to the next run!
