Week 4: Hello can someone help I’ve just done... - Couch to 5K
Week 4
Not going too slow. The aim of C25k is stamina (and no injuries) rather than speed. If you are completing each set in order, without short changing the runs, then that’s perfect. 👍 Have a read of the pinned post by IannodaTruffe called FAQs and you’ll get lots of helpful info to keep you on the right path, plus a bunch of useful links to specific topics. A steady pace and steady progress is the aim! Happy running. 😄
Thanks
Pace! You needn’t worry about it at all! All you need to is complete each session. Do so by going very slowly. No need to push anything. Have you read the sticky post about the programme notes? 🙂. Ianodda put them together for us. See on the right of the page 😃👍
Thank you I’ll take a look
How do you see the pace in the app? sorry if it’s a silly question.
Hi through my Apple Watch
Hi, this is the guide to the plan referenced by others above healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and describes the recommended easy conversational pace, which is based on your ability to speak as you run, not any specific number.
Thanks very helpful
Don’t worry about pace at all! You’re doing fine so just think about one run at a time. Well done 👍
No such thing as too slow unless you are being chased by a bear.. Slow and steady and do check out the pinned post

Thanks
