Hello can someone help I’ve just done week 4 run 1 my pace said 8.25 is this good or am I going too slow

Not going too slow. The aim of C25k is stamina (and no injuries) rather than speed. If you are completing each set in order, without short changing the runs, then that’s perfect. 👍 Have a read of the pinned post by IannodaTruffe called FAQs and you’ll get lots of helpful info to keep you on the right path, plus a bunch of useful links to specific topics. A steady pace and steady progress is the aim! Happy running. 😄

Pace! You needn’t worry about it at all! All you need to is complete each session. Do so by going very slowly. No need to push anything. Have you read the sticky post about the programme notes? 🙂. Ianodda put them together for us. See on the right of the page 😃👍
