First run of week 4 done. I slowed it right down as I have read on here that it is the one catches people out. I completed it as slowly as I could without walking and only the last 1 and a half minutes was tough.

Week 4

Well Done! I'm doing Week 4 next having repeated Week 3 twice . It looks so much harder but giving it a go.
I am exactly the same. Ran as slow as I could and managed all ok until last minute but managed to keep going. Sure I will be staying at this week for a little while until I can run more easily.
Nice one. I did my last run of week 4 yesterday. The first half was a nightmare even though I was going slow. I think it was because it was up an incline, not a very steep one but enough to make a difference. The second half was on the flat and I found my pace by then and I completed it no problem and not out of breath which was nice!
Well done, great news.
This is my next run and I am a little daunted by it.
Thanks. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be to be honest so just go for it and keep the pace down
