It was very muddy and the first 3 min run was up hill but I'm loving the longer interval so I can find a pace. And calf's didn't cramp!

Muddy and uphill? Well done you
I have this run tomorrow, ive been dreading it a bit worring about the 3 min run. But well done to u for doing it X
I'm pretty sure the muddy uphill bit was slower than walking on a nice flat path! But that is the secret! I kept my feet moving at a running pace and made each step short. It's not about fast!

I've got W3R3 tomorrow. No sign of any mud here tho. It'll be an on-road route with me looking ridiculous to the on-coming traffic and trying to avoid going too fast to keep up appearances..... Have a good day brushing off your trainers when they're dry!
I enjoyed that one! It was the first time in this programme where I really started feeling like I was properly running. Well done. Onwards & upwards from now on!
