I know what you mean...my first 1 minute runs are a distant memory - just 4 weeks to go for me..I can't believe it.
Hope your remaining weeks go well that 1st minute that seemed like a mounatain you mean ! Next weeks 5 mins doesnt seen half so daunting now

Yes...let's have faith in Laura! Don't know about you, but I am not supplementing my runs with any other gym or exercise stuff, but i can really feel the difference in my lung capacity and stamina over the last few weeks. Will admit to eating better, but will confess to a mc breakfast in the week.
I am the same Andy, just the C25K , have thought about doing something on the days inbetween but definitely need the rest days. I am eatiing better now but still have the odd treats Can see and feel the difference too
