So W3 completed (again) no new pains to report and the ankle is holding up well. This is the time in my previous attempts that I have had to quit due to injury but I'm hopeful this is my time. According to mapmyrun I did 4 km this morning but I'm not convinced how accurate that is. Cheers all and happy running

Well done Pete! 👏🏻👏🏻 Don’t worry about the stats, and don’t push your pace beyond what your ankle can cope with. Even if you feel your breathing is good.

Slow and steady as you go... relax and let that ankle take its time Well done.. Times and distances come later
Seems like you and I are on the same journey. I was only out for 1 week due to an ankle injury and restarted at W3 this week.
I too use MapMyRun but more to ensure I’m keeping it steady and not going too fast. Good luck

Thanks all. I'm enjoying my runs again and feel I'm in a good place regards injury. IF I complete week 4 I think I'm going to treat myself to gait analysis and a new pair of shoes.
