Have just completed the first run of week 3 and so glad I managed to complete it, as was a bit concerned I wouldn't manage 3 minutes of running 😊. Still have a long way to go, but definitely feeling that my fitness level is improving and glad to be back exercising post c-section!

You can be proud of yourself! Every run is a victory, especially the hard ones!

I've just completed week 2 and week 3 feels like a mountain to climb. I'm so nervous. Not sure I'll make it through a whole song!

Well done you. *bows with admiration

Thank you! I think the week 3 runs look worse than they actually are, the idea of running for 3 whole minutes seems like a big step up but it wasn't as bad as I feared. Good luck for week 3 😊

Brilliant. I am exactly where you are and anticipating W3r2 tomorrow. I was exhausted after w3r1 - night out then run next morning then a Pilates class. Saw Physio today who said I had experienced 'irresistible passivity' (or something, she wasn't sure) which is when you can't actually override your tiredness (unless need to get out of burning building etc). So it's all right to be that way once a week but take extra rest days if too frequent . Lots to learn about all this!

Well done for running and doing Pilates! 😊I definitely think taking rest days is important. I think that's where I've failed before when I've tried to do too much too soon.
