Well done , you sound as pleased as a dog with two doodahs and quite rightly so xxx

ta muchly Curly
Yay you I'm a day behind you.... please don't stop otherwise i'll stop too xxx
Thanks snow no giving up lol hope yr week going well xx
I also completed my W3R1 last night and although I found the 3 min runs hard, its now in the bag. However, I did think back to how I struggled with W1R1... so there must be some improvement!
I'm in my 50's, generally healthy and not overweight and have only done walking exercise in the past, so this is a new venture for me. I'm hoping that I can just stick to the program and get to week 9 without having to repeat too much or doing loads of other gym stuff.
All best Slow_Rob...ill keep an eye out for your progress.
Thanks I am 56 and was very a couch potato. Ex smoker and carrying a few extra pounds. I can and feel a difference already . Looking forward to my run today. Hope yr runs go well too
