Decided not to run this morning as I was feeling lazy but I guess deep down I wanted to cos off I went! I slowed righttttt down for my first 3 min run. So slow and it felt ‘easy’. Second 3 mins I went a bit faster but I couldn’t help it, was the song! 😂 also I always push a lil harder on the last run cos why not! Really enjoyed today and definitely enjoyed the reduction in walking minutes. Always welcome for someone as impatient as me! I loved how Laura told me it was very important I didn’t stop running, did the trick! X

I really enjoyed my Week 3 runs. Glad you are too.
Week 3 was when I started noticing positive things happening to me, and so did other people.
Ohhh how intriguing what sorts of things??? I have noticed my trainers are starting to be uncomfortable 😤 I do feel like my body is changing but hard to put my finger on it! I definitely notice my lungs are happier now when I’m running 😄
