Week 5 Run 3 - Phew!!

After a few interruptions and having to repeat Week 4 I was nervous every about being able to succeed with W5, and especially R3. But I just did it and am feeling a great sense of pride and achievement, and to be honest enormously surprised that I managed it at all! Before embarking on this run I really was a couch potato, but raised cholesterol and the threat of statins from my GP if I didn't lower it with diet and exercise gave me the kick start I needed. And I'm actually quite enjoying it! πŸ˜€ Thanks for all the inspiration and encouragement on here - it really does help!

Good stuff. I bet you feel amazing. That 20 minute run is a real milestone. Now you know just how much you are capable of.
