Well that's week 6 Run 3 in the bag, and according to Laura that makes me a runner I'm not so sure of it myself got overtaken by everybody in the local park, which I have now adopted, and go in the afternoon sunshine. What the heck I don't care what other people think, but hey ho we got there and back where as some weeks ago probably wouldn't have been able to do it.
All down to C25K...

Congratulations to you Fuggs on officially becoming a runner on completing run 3 of week 6, lovely photo of the park you run in, the important thing for you in C25K is to take all your runs slow and steady, don't worry about those other people in the park overtaking you, they are probably other runners who have been running for years. ๐ ๐
Onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3/25 minute runs. ๐
