That was a tough finale! Only just made it....but made it I did! Was going to do Week 5 again fearing what Week 6 would bring, but as the first run appears to have intervals in it, I shall forge ahead. Am wondering how far in distance I am jogging each time, can anyone recommend a simple app to do this, on an android phone?

Very well done on completing week 5. Just be aware that, although the first couple of runs in week 6 are using intervals again, it's a lot tougher than it might seem so don't get caught out by this. Take it slow and steady and treat week 6 with respect. Good luck with week 6 and best wishes.
Strava is really good I have gotten really addicted to it. If you tend to run the same few routes like I do you can save it as a "segment" and it will tell you when you set new records on that stretch. It supports uploads from Garmin watches as well and I prefer it to garmin connect.
I bought a garmin watch off someone in my office the other week as they upgraded. Do you mostly use Garmin Connect? I opted for Strava as most of the guys in my office use it because not all have a Garmin watch
