Week 1, Run 3...phew.

Good grief, I've run more in the last week than I have in the last thirty plus years :)

At Sixty one years old, I never thought that I could or would tackle something like this, but there you go - finished week one with minimal aches and pains.

Great forum, very supportive and funny as well.

Looking forward to week two....I think ;)

You'll find there are quite a few "mature" runners on here and each and every one of us have started this with much trepidation and each and every one of us surprise ourselves with what we can do

Anyways good on yer and keep it up and lets show the young buggers what we can do

Cheers for that, my younger colleagues at work found it amusing, I' show 'em...lol.
