Ok so just finished my first run....had to stop for 30 seconds halfway through but apart from that I did it and feel brilliant! I am determined to finish this course and get fit!

Hi! Couldn't run yesterday so I have just completed W1R2. I did it and it wasn't as hard as the first one. Yey. I'm so pleased with myself and I actually enjoyed it! Good luck with your run later 😊. V.
Does it get easier? Well after only four runs down, I may not be the best to answer that but I will say, it doesn't seem to get any worse, so I must be improving. I mean, 90 seconds running yesterday, didn't feel any worse than 60 secs last week, so that's progress, yes?
I just finished my second. I thought I was quite fit as I walk quite a lot with my fitbit but running so more difficult even for 60 seconds. Who knew a minute was so long.
Well done on your first run. Maybe try slowing down a little. It is so easy to start off too fast and then have to take a little break. It's the nerves on the first few runs that have us starting off a little fast. Good luck.
Well done. I'm about to do my first run/walk on the couch to 5k tonight. Very nervous. I can't even run for a bus! Unfortunately every way out of my front door leads to a hill within minutes so it's definitely going to be a challenge but I'm determined. Even bought some hideous pink running trainers.....I must be serious!!! 😁😀😊☺
Hello Mrsduck. I'm onto week 1 run 3 tonight. It's going well. Hope all is going well with you too? I never believed I would ever actually look forward to going out for a run!!!!! 😊
Going great. Ran a lot further than on the previous two. A bit nervous about week 2 run 1 but I'm going to give it my best shot on Thursday. New trainers will make a difference I'm sure. Keep it going you are doing great. ☺
