Glad you're having a good time running Chloemummy1970, could not run three weeks ago, now running continuously for three minutes, well done, onwards and upwards to run 2 of week 3.
Well done !! About to embark on week 3 myself and am excited to start the ramp up, although am sure will be short lived on run 1 😜...keep going, am going to keep up with you if I can! xx
If you feel anything like I do you'll be chomping at the bit to do day 2 as its such a good feeling when you realise you can actually run for 3 mins and survive. Good luck
