Hah ... that happened to me too ... the next one will be easier. I think it's because we get so worked up and determined about W5R3 and that focus just isn't there for the W6 run

It catches us out sometimes But, you are going to be fine.. you can do this because you have built up to it properly!

I think most of us felt like that, it's a real mind over matter week is week 6! 🤔
I found the same and was told it was the starting and stopping made it harder to reach a consistent comfortable jogging pace. I tend to set off too fast when each interval started instead of slow and steady 😊

I think everyone gets thrown by week 6 - actually I think it's just more the case that managing that 20 minute run at the end of week 5 makes you feel so epic that anything after that is a bit of a disappointment. Keep going you will and it does get better. No pain, no gain and all that 😉

Seems like a common experience then after that, for me, it fell into place.
