The very short answer is yes!
We get loads and loads of people reporting this happening to them. We try and warn people that week 6 run 1 can feel like a struggle after the high of week 5 run 3. It’s easy to go off a bit fast and run out of puff. Many find it hard to get into a rhythm with the intervals.
The good news is people get past it and continue to successfully graduate. All of us have tough runs and it’s how you deal with them that makes you a better runner.

I repeated the same run many times until I felt ready to move on to the next. Then, on a clear sunny day... I finally felt like doing week 6!
I think everyone struggles a bit on that one!!
