Boy was I anxious about this one. I finished my warm up and off I plodded. Slightly slower pace but I wanted to last . Around 15 mins I was battling the usual. Numb right hand and stitch in my right side. But I did all I could to rectify these on the fly and kept on. And what's more I could of carried on. Few days rest now in prep for week 6. Thanks for all the encouragement. This plan works.
