Week 5 day 3 complete!

Week 5 day 3 complete!

Boy was I anxious about this one. I finished my warm up and off I plodded. Slightly slower pace but I wanted to last . Around 15 mins I was battling the usual. Numb right hand and stitch in my right side. But I did all I could to rectify these on the fly and kept on. And what's more I could of carried on. Few days rest now in prep for week 6. Thanks for all the encouragement. This plan works.

It really is. Every time I get anxious over a longer run. I do it... Then feel I could run longer. I certainly wasn't struggling.

Well done Rickne! Keep the great work up! It's a great feeling when you complete a week,but an even better feeling when you complete the whole podcast. It also gives you great structure for the rest of your runs after you have completed C25K. Don't look back now!.......👍👍😄😄

Thanks all. All this and 17.7 stone and 6 foot. Lost 5 pounds this week however. Woop.
