The dreaded week 5 run 3, COMPLETE!!!!!!!

It wasn't pretty, and several times in the last 5 mins my whole body was shouting at me to stop, but I didn't, I completed it. Right at the end when I was pretty much walk/jogging there was a fella putting out his rubbish who shouted "Keep going!". Kind of sweet and made me smile! Can't believe it, shocked and amazed :)

fantastic!!! well done you i am green with envy as i have yet to start week 5. Due to all the rain i am scared to run in it in case of falling, i live in a garden city and every where has trees hence lots of fallen leaves on the pathways and they are so slippery when wet, Roll on the fine weather. I am still working out though with a Power walk DVD to keep fit and will restart with week 4 run 3 when i am able to. Once again well done you.

Brilliant!!! Well done. I've just done W5R1 and was amazed at how well I coped. I can actually start to believe that in 2 runs time I'll have done what you have.

Well done, I've just done it too today. It was very wet and windy and I nearly put it off. Time went faster than I thought, but I did it very slowly. Keep it up.

Ruby, I was so slow I virtually stopped! But the point is WE DID IT! I really didn't think this was possible, and w6r1 I think is easier. Let's do it! xx I seriously can't believe I'll be starting w6 on Sunday, its bonkers.

Wow, well done! Can't wait to get there myself! Just did W2R1 today in the driving wind and rain, it was strangely exhilarating!

Almost at this stage W5R1 completed and nervous as anything. Congratulations for completing it - I bet you feel amazing. Thanks also for the inspiration, it's good to know it can be done!

Its manageable, just don't listen to your head telling you to stop... Was going to repeat wk 5 due to ankle pain, but tried wk6r1 yesterday and it was fine. Keep going! xx
