It wasn't pretty, and several times in the last 5 mins my whole body was shouting at me to stop, but I didn't, I completed it. Right at the end when I was pretty much walk/jogging there was a fella putting out his rubbish who shouted "Keep going!". Kind of sweet and made me smile! Can't believe it, shocked and amazed

The dreaded week 5 run 3, COMPLETE!!!!!!!
fantastic!!! well done you i am green with envy as i have yet to start week 5. Due to all the rain i am scared to run in it in case of falling, i live in a garden city and every where has trees hence lots of fallen leaves on the pathways and they are so slippery when wet, Roll on the fine weather. I am still working out though with a Power walk DVD to keep fit and will restart with week 4 run 3 when i am able to. Once again well done you.
Brilliant!!! Well done. I've just done W5R1 and was amazed at how well I coped. I can actually start to believe that in 2 runs time I'll have done what you have.
Well done, I've just done it too today. It was very wet and windy and I nearly put it off. Time went faster than I thought, but I did it very slowly. Keep it up.
Wow, well done! Can't wait to get there myself! Just did W2R1 today in the driving wind and rain, it was strangely exhilarating!
Well done. It will get easier. You'll see what I mean probably sooner than you think. Just keep it up.
Well done Kutch, I just searched for your post. Glad you made it! Brilliant, and I love that the bin guy cheered you on!
Almost at this stage W5R1 completed and nervous as anything. Congratulations for completing it - I bet you feel amazing. Thanks also for the inspiration, it's good to know it can be done!
